New Online Grant System

New Country Arts SA online grants system will be live from 1 July 2014.

The new system, SmartyGrants, accessed through Country Arts SA website, has been designed to make the application process for funding much easier for community groups and artists.

SmartyGrants has been developed by Our Community through its best practice grants management division, the Australian Institute of Grants Management.

The system is easy to use, comprehensive and tells you off when you do something wrong – in other words it is almost fail safe for the applicant.

Before starting work on a submission, applicants can view the entire grant form. You can save submissions so that you can return to them later on and you can save a draft and ask your Arts and Cultural Development officer to review your draft.

Our grants will not be changing so have a chat with your local arts officer to see which grant you may be eligible to apply for.

Our next funding round closes on 15 August 2015 for projects that commence after 1 January 2015.

If you are considering applying and require advice in preparing your application, need to know who your nearest Officer is or are unable to use the application form due to access or technology issues, you are encouraged to contact Monica Hart, Grant Administration Officer on 8723 8763 or email: [email protected]
